Agreement

These terms apply to your use of VoxFix AUv3, its AUv3 extension, and this companion website. They supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License and acceptable use

Borealbit Technology Limited grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use VoxFix on Apple devices you control under the App Store rules. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, resell, or use the app to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

VoxFix Pro

VoxFix Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. The App Store shows the local price before purchase. Apple handles billing, family-sharing availability, refunds, and purchase records. Restore Purchases asks StoreKit to restore an eligible entitlement.

Audio results and limitations

Audio processing depends on the source recording, device, sample rate, buffer settings, host, and control values. VoxFix does not guarantee removal of every noise, perfect pitch correction, or identical results across all recordings and hosts. Protect your hearing and keep monitoring levels at a safe volume.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features when necessary for compatibility, safety, or product quality. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the website or compatibility with every third-party AUv3 host version.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, VoxFix is provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Borealbit Technology Limited is not liable for lost recordings, projects, profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
